Highlights include small-group SwimFit sessions led by an Olympic swimmer, tailored for all ability levels, with a focus on technique, stamina, and enjoyment. The centrepiece of Swimfit is the One Mile Swim Challenge, an empowering open-water swim that combines personal achievement with the natural beauty of Saint Lucia’s turquoise waters.

As always, your Swimfit experience is set against StolenTime’s signature luxury – barefoot elegance, exceptional dining, and restorative spa treatments – all nestled along Malabar Beach. While the Swimfit programme runs throughout the month, you can enjoy it as much or as little as you choose. It’s your time, your pace.

As a seaside resort, we’ve always been interested in helping anyone who can’t swim to swim. Then we had an Olympic endurance open water swimmer stay with us and it inspired the idea that one of our Feature Months should be about – Swimming. So here it is “SwimFit”

  • One-Mile Swim Challenge (valued at US$200):
    Prepare for the event of the month—a thrilling open-water one-mile swim through Saint Lucia’s pristine waters. Compete for pride or prizes, cheered on by an encouraging community.
  • Specialised Workshops (valued at US$500)
    Participate in weekly yoga and mental well-being workshops hosted by expert guest presenters, focusing on mindfulness, stress management, and personal growth.
  • Daily Intention Setting Ceremonies:
    Start each day with purpose and mindfulness, guided by intention-setting rituals to ground your energy and focus.
  • Coaching & Training Sessions (valued at US$200 per training session):

Your SwimFit Coach

Grant House

1st – 14th November 2025

Grant House is an accomplished American swimmer and high-performance coach with a strong competitive swimming and athlete development background. A former standout at Arizona State University, Grant was a key Sun Devil swimming program member, setting multiple school records and earning All-American honours. His dedication to the sport and relentless work ethic propelled him onto the national and international stage. As a Team USA swimmer, Grant has competed at the highest levels, including the World Championships and international meets.

Beyond competition, Grant has transitioned into a leadership role as a Personal Physical Therapy Coach at Streamline Performance in Arizona. In this capacity, he works with professional athletes across multiple sports, including MLB, NFL, and Team USA members, helping them optimise performance, prevent injuries, and enhance recovery. His unique perspective as both an elite athlete and a performance specialist makes him a sought-after coach in the sports industry.
