Mindful May by StolenTime

Mindful May is one of StolenTime’s Feature Months
running from May 5 to May 30 2025.

Mindfulness is being fully present and engaged in the moment, aware of your thoughts, feelings, and surroundings without judgment. It involves paying attention intentionally and accepting experiences as they are, rather than reacting impulsively or being lost in distractions.

Imagine a month dedicated to you and being in the moment and what makes you feel the best you can be. Mindful May is intended for that purpose.

The DNA that shapes StolenTime includes a commitment to wellness, present and future, mind and body. StolenTime in Saint Lucia sets the bar high for Wellness Holidays.

The concept is simple and is designed to set us apart from other Wellness Resorts and Spas.

We are not a fat farm, boot camp, or mystical temple. Although our holiday design incorporates elements of these attributes, and our wellness teams are professional and expert, why are we so different? Essentially, we’ve created a fun-filled beach vacation where the choices available to guests for a fabulous, healthy experience are seemingly endless but fun.

Mindful May – The Idea

A few principles guide us through Mindful May. For instance, we focus on what is happening now and accept thoughts without labelling them as good or bad. We will try to direct our focus instead of being on autopilot and be kind to ourselves and others, even in difficult moments.

In this way, we hope to reduce stress and anxiety, improve focus and concentration, enhance emotional regulation, strengthen relationships, and increase overall well-being.

The first registered Latina Mindfulness Coach, Lore is a psychobiologist and Master of Cognitive Neuroscience. She has worked with over  3,000 patients and clients from over 65 countries.

She started her career by obtaining a bachelor’s degree in biology, focusing on exercise science in the United States. Her drive has always been integrative health, but she truly incorporated that because five years of intensive chronic migraines and health issues were well gone after starting therapy. Since then, she has started deepening her studies and research to develop her methodology in body-mind connection based on neurology powered with mindfulness.

Lore will guide you in training your mentality by decluttering your mind to achieve freedom—time, financial, and location freedom. She works with individuals looking to break free from their limiting beliefs and traumas, health enthusiasts, and entrepreneurs who want to scale strategically. She is also a podcast host for the globally renowned show Disconnect to Connect, an international motivational speaker, and the founder of Brain Gym by Lore.

Bojana Matic BoBadu

19th – 30th May 2025

Bojana Matic BoBadu is a professional with over 20 years of experience in dance, fitness, and holistic movement coaching. She began her career as a ballet dancer with the Serbian National Theatre, performing roles in classic ballets, including Swan Lake, The Nutcracker, and Sleeping Beauty.

Her career has taken her worldwide, showcasing her skills in choreography, movement coaching, music production, and performance.

Her passion for mindful and fun fitness led to “FFTraining”—a unique exercise system designed to be adaptable to all fitness levels. With music-driven combinations, the training focuses on proper exercise execution, improving posture, mobility, and strength.  BoBadu has trained professional athletes at world-renowned water sports centres, helping athletes to focus on strengthening the body-mind connection and improving flexibility.

After completing the All-Level Healing Academy, she was inspired to combine her various skills to create Spa-like holistic movement sessions designed as a safe space for self-nurturing. These sessions offer a transformative movement journey that balances challenge and pleasure. Through self-expression and dynamic experiences, participants gain tools to consciously navigate their physical, mental, spiritual, and energetic bodies while deepening their connection to themselves.
