A few principles guide us through Mindful May. For instance, working with your clients, we focus on what is happening now and encourage accepting thoughts without labelling them as good or bad. We will try to direct their focus to be kind to themselves and others, even in difficult moments, instead of being on autopliot.
In this way, we hope to reduce stress and anxiety, enhance emotional regulation, strengthen relationships, and increase overall well-being.
